Gentle and Understanding
I called about our old kitty that needed some very special care while being handled. We talked that morning and she was at our apartment by 5 the same day. Our d girl made Dr. Julie’s job more difficult by running and having to be caught. Throughout the whole ordeal, Dr. Julie was very patient and understanding and we were eventually able to gently catch our baby. She talked us through each step in the process and let us spend the time to clean up our old baby’s eyes and nose when everything was over. She even gave us some advice on how to help our new kitten through the process after everything was done. Dr. Julie made this sad time an amazing experience and I could not imagine send our baby over the rainbow bridge any other way. Thank you Dr. Julie.
The hardest decision made easier
Johnny Cash, our 12 yr old lab mix, was in pain. A mass in his abdomen most likely had ruptured. In my anguish, I found Dr Julie, and was truly blessed. She explained the procedure in a gentle and loving manner, as if it were her own dog. She gave us plenty of time to love on Cash before taking him away. He is now pain free and was treated with dignity throughout the whole process.
A JOURNEY OF LOVE, PEACE, AND CARING
Dr Julie is a true angel 😇 of mercy. Explaining the whole procedure. The gentleness and caring she gave to our Lexi. The comforting words for Cyn and me. We are highly encouraging anyone that has to go this process to use Dr. Bartz. I will always remember this experience as a celebration of Lexi’s life and giving her a loving send off. Till we meet again “Little Love”.
The Best kind of Goodbye we could have wished for
Dr Bart’s made the final hour of our beautiful boy’s life so much more of a comfortable and peaceful experience. She took us through each step and made us feel comfortable. Our dog was in a calm and loving environment- and I can say it was a beautiful and moving event, in which our family could say our last farewells to Freckles. Thank you, Dr Bart for making all of the arrangements for all of the necessary after the event pieces. We are so very grateful and thankful to your wonderful genuine, caring nature
An End Gift of Kindness to our Beloved Pet
Dr Julie was so amazingly kind from the first phone call. We were not mentally ready and traumatized at that point and on that day. We talked everything through and I contacted her in the early hours the next day. She came at 10:00 a.m. and we were so grateful that she could come so soon. Our dog was our world for 14 years. It was a very peaceful passing for our girl and us. We have that heart-felt comfort for ever more that in the end she had peace in her final moments. Our dog did not know she was leaving us that day, all she knew was that we were there, with a friend, talking quietly, petting her and giving words of comfort. The sedative made her go to sleep very peacefully, then the final drug is given and she took a few quiet breaths and left the earth. Everything is explained before and also throughout as to what will happen. Although we are sad beyond measure we were able to end her life in the most respectful, precious, caring and loving way. Now we can begin to heal our broken hearts.
