Peaceful and loving
Julie spent a lot of time with me and my Bennie before his passing. She was caring me gentle and made sure I understood every step and proceeded on my schedule. Bennie loved her. Bennie passed quickly, and peacefully on his bed, in his home.
We couldn’t have asked for a more dignified ending to a life so sweet. ❤️❤️Bennie❤️❤️
Grateful for such a loving and peaceful goodbye
I am so grateful that I found Dr. Julie to help with my decision. She is so thorough, loving and patient, and makes such a hard decision as easy and guilt-free as possible. She does such a wonderful job in making her presence in the home as comfortable and loving as possible for your pet, and in no way makes you feel pressured, rushed, or uncomfortable. I know my girl Darcy was at peace with what I had to do, and Dr. Julie made the process so peaceful and painless. I can’t recommend her service and care enough.
A Gentle Goodbye
Dr Bartz is, as many here have noted, a kind and compassionate professional who has really mastered the details of A Gentle Goodbye for our furry family members when the time comes. She was very patient and thorough on the phone and the morning of the euthanasia with our 18 YO cat, Emma. We knew exactly what was going to happen, and everything went as expected. Our other cat and our dog were with us. A very different experience from a vet clinic where there are distractions and noise. We highly recommend Dr Bartz!
Thank you Dr. Julie
I cannot recommend Dr. Julie for this service enough. During our first call she spent quite a bit of time discussing my dog’s condition and helping me explore if there were any options left for her. I was on a rollercoaster for the last week with my 14 year old beagle, Kya. She would be fine one day and not fine the next, I scheduled and canceled that final appointment multiple times. Dr. Julie stayed in touch daily during that final week, checking in to see how she was doing…just the fact that she took the time to reach out meant so much to me going through this painful process. When she arrived at our home, she spent a great deal of time talking to me not only about Kya’s condition, but also about her life in general. She also went out of her way to make sure my other pets were comfortable with her presence. I felt absolutely no pressure to make the final decision, but very supported throughout the whole (terrible) process. I’ve had many animals throughout my life and I have never met such a kind, compassionate, caring vet. While this was of course one of my worst days, she really made it the best possible experience for what it was. Thank you Dr. Julie, what you do matters so much.
